William’s coaching helped me clarify my goals and priorities as a leader. When he started working with me, I had been approaching leadership by “putting out fires” and being reactive. Our coaching relationship gave me a safe space to process my emotions and recognize dysfunctional patterns. We were able to determine some concrete goals and create a framework for me to achieve them. He also conducted a 360 assessment that revealed some insights into my leadership style that helped me make progress. Overall, working with him was an affirming experience, and I would recommend him to any leaders who need someone who will be “on their side” and help them develop a new and more successful way to approach their work.
